Pork Chops w/side of Lundberg’s Gluten & Dairy Free Mediterranean Curry Roasted Brown Rice Couscous w/roasted diced carrots, garlic, and cauliflower, plus cranberries and currants. Carmelized onions to garnish.

Calories: 506 Carbs: 55g Fats: 17g Protien: 35g

Good News! The Physical Therapist says to come back in two weeks. This weekend I will get some light activity. Monday, I check back in with the work-clinic to be released back to a normal schedule (fingers-crossed). I still have issues to work on, healing continues.
